Course Reserves Request Form

Complete the form below and click the "Submit Your Request" button. You are not limited by the size of the text boxes, so please do not abbreviate citations. If your list exceeds 15 items, submit an additional Request Form.

All reserve requests will be checked for compliance with the Fair Use provisions of the US Copyright Act, Sec. 107. You will be notified if the items requested fail to meet these guidelines. See the library's reserves page for faculty for more information.

  • For all requested library-owned books: provide author, title, publication date/edition, and call number, if possible.
  • For all journal articles: provide title, volume, month, year of journal. Provide author, title, and page numbers of article.
  • If you have digital copies, please email them to: smosey@gabonmagazine.com 

Reserves staff will need at least 7-10 days to process your request.
